We might eventually put up a pergola or something, but we're in no hurry on that. It gets shade on summer afternoons/evenings because it lies on the east side of the house, so it's fine in that regard. I just wonder if you're planning to cover it too. It'll be easier to think of the appropriate furniture for your space if you have a covering to protect them against harsh weather conditions.
