It probably varies from store to store. I particularly like the idea of a paid...Nice idea. I particularly like the idea of a paid membership to help pay some of the costs. Presumably, with an option to pay membership by manning the counter for a while.<br /><br />I would think the biggest problem would be people using like their personal dumpster. The problem with the church thrift shops Karen visited was generally that they were overstuffed with junk.
